RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
Return Costs
All returns are eligible for a restocking charge. This will typically be a minimum of 25% of your total order.
You may have to cover the cost of returning a product yourself, dependent on the manufacturer.
Equipment delivered that is fit for purpose, as ordered, and without electromechanical fault is classed as a qualified order/sale.
Should you wish to return a qualified order/sale, and the manufacturer agrees to the return, a restocking fee will be charged.
Certain manufacturers will not accept returns where the sale was made in line with the product description provided and is fit for purpose.
Any return made on the grounds of mis-order by customer or incorrect measurements of site etc. will incur charges.
Faulty parts replaced under warranty may need to be returned at the customer’s own cost.
Returns Due to Faults or Damage
If equipment is faulty upon delivery, the manufacturers must be given the opportunity to fix the issue before the unit is returned.
Damaged products that are to be returned may not be collected at the same time as delivery of new equipment.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email, phone or WhatsApp within the 24-hour period.
Faulty parts replaced under warranty may need to be returned at the customer’s own cost.
General Returns Information
Manufacturers vary on the timescale for returning goods, but generally returns need to be made within 5 working days.
Returns must be made in original packaging, including any protective film, wrapping and pallets, etc.
The equipment will not be eligible for return if it has been turned on, used, or is not in the original packaging.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation made when an order has been processed, dispatched for delivery, and left the manufacturer will be subject to a restocking fee, even if you have not yet received delivery.
