The Blue Seal GT46 Twin Tank Gas Fryer features Blue Seal’s exclusive Vee Ray technology, which uses patented infrared burners for exceptional output and fast recovery. All Blue Seal fryers offer the option of either mechanical or digital controls. The fryer also includes a wide 32mm drain valve for easy cleaning, ensuring that debris doesn’t get stuck or clog the oil. These units are fully modular, making it simple to connect them with other Blue Seal Evolution models.
